Israeli-Chinese automotive start-up Qoros to unveil saloon, estate and crossover models at 2013 Geneva Motor Show. Founded in year 2007, the automaking firm Qoros which is an equal joint venture partnership between China-based Chery Automobile and Israel Corporation, a global industrial holding company, will also in addition, world premiere its two concept studies that preview future models and technology developments. Engineered to achieve top scores in European and Chinese crash tests and designed to offer high-quality interior finish and generous seating space, the Qoros vehicles will also feature a unique, state-of-the-art infotainment system, which comes equipped with an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen designed for minimal driver distraction, an ultra-advanced navigation system, ability for drivers to monitor their car’s health, extensive social networking connectivity, and facilitation to book dealer service appointments.

After the Beirut-based W Motors, the first Arab coach-builder of high performance luxury sports cars based in the Middle East recently unveiled the much-hyped about $3.4 million Lykan Hypersport to make its impressive debut at the Qatar auto Show in Doha, another Israeli-Chinese start-up automotive brand Qoros will world premiere its first series production vehicle, an elegant compact (C-segment) car ‘Qoros 3 Sedan’ at the 2013 Geneva International Motor Show.

With an elegant profile, short overhangs, a coupe-like silhouette and a roof line which flows smoothly into the strong rear quarters, the Qoros 3 Sedan is relatively large for the compact segment, and endows it with a powerful overall appearance and unusually generous interior space.

This first car to carry the Qoros logo is scheduled to go on sale in late 2013, and will showcase a design language inspired by modern European tastes and spearhead the immediate roll-out of a series of distinctive model variants, including hybrid and electric vehicles.

Developed by international team of specialists, the three models will have the option of all-new 3-cylinder and 4-cylinder engines, as well as clever hybrid drivetrain.

Alongside the first production model from Qoros, the 2013 Geneva International Motor Show also sees the unveiling of the Qoros 3 Cross Hybrid Concept (pictured above), a crossover model that features a compact hatchback body and an advanced hybrid drivetrain and the Qoros 3 Estate Concept (pictured below) that showcases a vision of future variant with a body style that is especially popular among European motorists and is geared towards the travel needs of modern families.

Further, the advanced eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system is a standard feature of all Qoros 3 Sedan model variants.
